Hillary Clinton may finally get what she deserves. The State Department just released a new set of emails sent between herself and her associates on her private email account.
The State Department’s Freedom of Information Act portal posted more than 50 emails on Thursday, which displayed Clinton conspiring with many aides, including Huma Abedin and her then chief of staff Cheryl Mills.
Among the emails are travel plans and meetings with foreign dignitaries, as well as many requests to print documents.
Some portions, such as discussion of a call with Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu in July 2011 and a trip in October 2009, have been largely redacted.
In January, the conservative group Judicial Watch won a lawsuit against the State Department and released emails showing that classified information was on the computer of Abedin’s then-husband Anthony Weiner.
Clinton’s improper use of her private email server for official business has been the subject of many heated discussions in Congress. While then-FBI Director James Comey admitted that Clinton’s actions were “extremely careless,” he stated that they weren’t a crime.
According to The Hill, Republicans on key congressional committees say they have uncovered new irregularities and contradictions inside the FBI’s probe of Hillary Clinton’s email server.
Finally, investigators say they have secured written evidence that the FBI believed there was evidence that some laws were broken when the former secretary of State and her top aides transmitted classified information through her insecure private email server.
President Trump has remained steadfast in his encouragement of the investigation into Clinton’s emails, as well as those of her aides.
