Family values are back at the White House Christmas, now that the Trumps are in and the Obamas are out! In true Donald Trump fashion, President Trump has made it very clear that the term “Merry Christmas” is welcome at his White House.
Trump understands that the country needs family values and the traditions that go along with them, and that, of course, includes Christmas. No longer will religion, and Jesus, be taken out of this most important Christian holiday. Indeed, Trump has reaffirmed that Jesus is the reason for this holiday and it is okay for all to celebrate this without feeling like they should apologize for their beliefs.
Traditionally it has been the First Lady’s responsibility to organize the decorating of the White House Christmas tree. That will be no different this year. However, the way it will be done has changed.
As reported by The Inquisitr, Melania has changed the date on which the White House Christmas tree will be accepted at the White House. In the past that has occurred a few days after Thanksgiving. This year, however, so that the Trumps may spend some family time at their Mar-a-Lago resort in Palm Beach, Florida, the White House Christmas Tree will be accepted prior to the Thanksgiving holiday.
While this minor modification to the traditional Christmas Tree schedule should not be a problem for anyone, it can fully be expected that it will be a major issue for certain liberals, who love to jump at any chance to complain about the Trumps.
Americans who appreciate the importance of family, however, should applaud the Trumps’ efforts to make their family holidays special and memorable, especially for the many little ones in their family.
After the libs finish crying about the date that the Christmas tree will arrive at the White House this year, they will likely have a complete meltdown about Melania’s choice of the Christmas Tree theme, another decision that is traditionally handled by the First Lady. While Michelle Obama previously picked a rather agnostic theme, “Reflect, Rejoice, Renew,” it can be expected that Melania will likely choose a theme that glorifies this country and the Christian values on which it was founded.
While the White House Christmas tree will make its way to Washington D.C. on Monday, on Tuesday President Trump will pardon two turkeys, officially kicking off the Thanksgiving festivities.
Thank you to President Trump and First Lady Melania Trump for making Christmas great again! This will be an unapologetically Christian Christmas, and so, along with the booming economy and increased funding for our military, will give everyone (well, except the liberals) reason to celebrate, for sure!
