Government corruption is nothing new. Democratic corruption is also nothing new, especially when it comes to using public money for pointless or wasteful projects.
The Government Accountability Office has recently released a report showing that the Obama administration was spendthrift when it came our tax dollars. Between 2011 and 2015, the federal government spent $1.6 million to buy 64,500 automobiles costing about $25,600 each. Almost of all of these vehicles remain underutilized today.
The guilty parties include the Department of Defense, the Department of Homeland Security, the Department of Agriculture, the Department of Justice, and the Department of the Interior. This is not surprising, patriots.
In the fiscal year of 2015 alone, these agencies spent $3.4 million in maintenance fees on this fleet of idle light trucks and passenger cars. Wow, what a waste of money.
During the Obama years, wasteful spending was everywhere. The liberals love to waste our hard-earned tax dollars.
Because our former president was such a global warming hawk, he was duped to the tune of $535 million by failed solar power company Solyndra. Where is the accountability? Our former president wasted money on unproven science.
Remember: that’s $535 million of OUR money. We cannot get that money back. It is gone, and we can thank Obama for that.
Obama also spent millions of dollars on Operation Fast and Furious, a “gun walking” program conducted by the ATF that ultimately led to the death of U.S. Border Patrol agent Brian Terry.
In sum, the Obama era was a time when tax dollars went to all the wrong things. For a long time, he deprived our military of essential equipment and training, while federal bureaus in Washington, D.C. made sure that they had a fleet of new trucks to collect dust and dirt.
Both Obama AND his predecessor George W. Bush spent billions of U.S. dollars on lavish aid packages to the Third World. All of this lost money has not benefitted America in any way, from keeping us safe from terrorism, to establishing strong alliances with countries in Africa or Asia.
Even hardcore liberals have been forced to admit that the Obama administration’s deal with Iran was a disaster. Not only did Obama keep important details hidden from proper scrutiny, but he also handed over millions of tax dollars to the most anti-American regime on the planet.
Thankfully, we have President Trump to protect us from wasteful spending. With Trump if office, we will no longer need to worry about burdensome regulations and taxes.
We need to cut taxes, remove regulations, and repeal Obamacare. We should all be grateful that we have President Trump to clean up Obama’s mess. Unfortunately, the mainstream media will not report on the truth.
Even more importantly, when it comes to the alphabet soup of agencies in Washington, D.C., how many are really necessary at all?
